LibraOpen deposit of abstracts

Libra is the University of Virginia’s open access institutional repository, the online archive of scholarship created by the University community. For the 2024 UVA Postdoc Symposium, we are offering the possibility of publishing your accepted abstract in LibraOpen, together with your research presentation, as a part of a LibraOpen colelction, to share it with the world on Open Access.

If you are unable or unwilling to share your work on open access, you are not obliged to add your presentation to the LibraOpen collection that will be created for the 2024 UVA Postdoc symposium. If you choose to deposit your talk on LibraOpen, you will be able to do so yourself and you will be asked to agree to the Libra Deposit Agreement, to share your work. You can also choose the rights for your work when you submit to LibraOpen. Options include numerous Creative Commons options, as well as All Rights Reserved.

For more information about LibraOpen, check this website. Please, review the LibraOpen deposit checklist to learn about all the steps and requirements you must comply with when you deposit your work on LibraOpen. Please ask any questions you may have about this topic to Irene Sanchez ([email protected]).
