My primary goal as Assistant Director of Postdoctoral Affairs is to serve as a resource and advocate for our postdoctoral community. I will be working closely with the team at OGPA to enhance the postdoctoral experience by offering career development opportunities, and support services that align with the unique needs of our postdocs at UVA.
