Objective
The UVA PDA Resources Committee seeks to support UVA Postdocs in their daily and personal lives. The goal is two-fold. First, we aim to consolidate information on available resources for a wide variety of needs that range from funding opportunities and application guidance to childcare and pet boarding. Second, we want to generate new tools to support the Postdoc Community. This will include identifying unmet needs in the community and developing innovation solutions. The committee is dedicated to enhancing overall quality of life by identifying and minimizing obstacles that may fall outside the missions of other committees.
